Review these Privacy Policy thoroughly. This Agreement is a legal agreement between the User and HishabPati. By accepting electronically (for example, clicking “I Agree”), installing, accessing or using the Services, User agrees to these terms. If the User does not agree to this Agreement, then he/she may not use the Services. This License Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the BANGLADESH.

When This Privacy Statement Applies

Its liability to User is limited to those who has downloaded the HishabPati application by clicking on to the “I Agree/Login” button for Terms and Conditions.

Business Data And Privacy

The user shall be solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their name, password, and other sensitive information. The user shall also be solely responsible for all activities that occur under their account. If there is any unauthorized use of the account, the user agrees to notify us by emailing un on following email - info@hishabpati.com by contacting us through any number provided on the website www.hishabpati.com . We shall not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from any unauthorized use of the user’s account. If the application is used in offline mode, data is stored locally on the device until it is synced online. In the event the user uninstalls the application, clears browser/app cache, or if the device is lost, destroyed, or damaged before synchronization, HishabPati shall not be held responsible for any resulting data loss or discrepancy. Performing necessary backups of data remains solely the User's responsibility.

How We Use Data

Personal Information's - Name, mobile number & business name for registration process. We collect business addresses after registration. Mobile number used for regular login into the app. Business Name, Business Address used in invoice.
Contact Numbers- We access contact lists for contact numbers. This helps users to create party profiles effectively.
Images - We collect images from user's storage & with camera access to create party profiles, products & transactions.
Device ID - We collect device id to push notifications to users.
We do not sell, rent, or share user’s contact list & image, personal information with any third party.

Data Ownership

The User owns the content created or stored by his/her as we respect his/her right to ownership of content created or stored by them. The Users use of the Services does grant HishabPati the license to use, reproduce, adapt, modify, publish or distribute the content created by them or stored in the user’s account for HishabPati internal purpose. HishabPati tries keeping Users data safe but holds zero responsibility in case of data leaks.

Permissions

Camera: To take the picture of the bills etc to be attached with transactions. Also to take pictures of products to create a product.

Contact List: To autofill the details during party creation.

Storage & Gallery: To store reports, PDF, Excels generated by users and access user selected images to attach with bills and to create profiles & products.

Location: To customize the application according to your region.

Alarm & Reminder: To ensure data sync from offline to online.
